How to use up ALL the milk - pudding pops!

Ever have a bunch of milk that needs to be used up before it expires?  That was our problem recently so we made a batch of chocolate pudding pops. They are pretty much a favorite around here (can you see the chocolate covered faces already?).  They are easy to make and put in your freezer.

And they use up 2 cups of milk.

Just mix up a box of chocolate pudding and pour it into the popsicle tray (is that what that thing is called?).  IF you don't have one of those little handy do-dads, just use little paper cups or ice cube trays with popsicle sticks stuck in the middle.

Voila.

What could be easier.  And the added bonus is that my preschooler thinks I am super-mom when I make these things.
